Terms and Conditions

MAY CAUSE SHIPPING DELAYS WITH OUR CARRIERS. WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR DISRUPTIONS.


All orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or U.S. holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes. If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped please email concierge@taztia.com with your order number. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.

If your order is lost or stolen after delivery we are not responsible. We offer Route shipping insurance to ensure protection of shipments in case they’re lost, stolen, or damaged. All orders placed without Route are not eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases. Please visit their website for more information. If you have any problems with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable.



Returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order. ALL INTIMATES, ENGRAVED JEWELRY AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We will not accept returned items that have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. If caution is not made while trying on, we may reject the return. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. Fine jewelry returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and immaculate items returned in original packaging. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Returns may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. We do not offer price adjustments for discounted items.




DOMESTIC

We currently offer domestic shipping via FedEx:Free ground shipping (5-7 business days), Express Saver (3 business days), 2 Day (2 business days), Next Day, and SameDay City (orders within the Los Angeles area). We also offer via USPS: Priority Mail (estimated 1-3 business days, non-guarenteed). Orders addressed to a PO Box will also be shipped with USPS. Express shipping orders must be placed before 1pm to be eligible for next day shipping and SameDay City orders must be placed before 2pm to be eligible for same day delivery.

To make a return, ship the items you wish to return back to us with using your own carrier of choice, or contact us at concierge@taztia.com to request a shipping label. Please note, shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently offer international shipping via FedEx and DHL depending on your country. You can select your method at checkout. We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $300USD, and for orders under $300USD, you can select shipping with your desired carrier displayed at checkout.

These countries are shipped with DDP (delivered duties paid): France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and UK. Your taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout and you will be charged when you place the order.

All other countries are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, and all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the international customer. The taxes and duties will not be calculated at checkout. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order . We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.The price associated with duties and taxes vary from country to country.
